We have provided environmental services to some key projects of Nepal including Upper Chameliya Hydropower Project (60 MW), Middle Ghunsa HEP (31.31 MW), Khimti Gwang 33 kV Single circuit Transmission Line Projects . In order to ensure that these projects are carried out in an environmentally responsible and sustainable manner, EPPL has provided environment impact assessment services.
The environment impact assessment services provided by EPPL for these projects include the preparation of Terms of Reference (ToR), Brief Environmental Study (BES), Initial Environmental Examination (IEE), Revised IEE (RIEE), Scoping Document/Terms of Reference and Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA), Revised EIA (REIA), Strategic Environmental Impact Assessment (SEIA), Environmental and Social Impact Assessment (ESIA), Acquisition Compensation and Relocation Plan (ACRP), and Resettlement and Rehabilitation Plan (RRP). These services ensure that the projects are conducted in an environmentally friendly and socially responsible manner.
